Physical Products (Books, CDs, Merchandise)
We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund or exchange window from the date of delivery.
Eligible Refunds:
    • Damaged or defective items
    • Incorrect items received
    • Item not delivered (with verified tracking failure)
Non-Refundable:
    • Opened or used merchandise (e.g., worn apparel, opened CDs/books)
    • Sale or promotional items marked as “final sale”
    • Requests made beyond the 7-day window
Return Process:
    1. Email us at [insert support email] within 7 days of delivery.
    2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
    3. If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions. You must return the item unused, in its original packaging.
    4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or in error.
Digital Products (Downloads, MP3s, PDFs, eBooks):
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of downloadable files, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once the item has been delivered.
If you experience issues with downloads or access, please contact us at sales@akronimholdings.com and we’ll assist promptly.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
    1. Recheck your bank account or payment provider.
    2. Contact your credit card company, it may take time before a refund is officially posted.
    3. If the issue persists, please email us and we’ll help track it down.
